64% spelt flour, 16% wholemeal Oberkulmer Rotkorn spelt flour, 20% TAMARI SAUCE: water, tamari (water, soy, sea salt, shochu (water, rice, salt, aspergillus oryzae) aspergillus oryzae), ginger, laurel, salt (Khoisan fleur de sel).
