Healthy chicken fingers as an appetizer

Chicken fingers, like the name says, are made from chicken. They are prepared by breading chicken strips and then frying them. Children love it, but chicken fingers in combination with a tasty dip is also great as an appetizer.

With this recipe you replace the chicken with seitan. This not only makes vegetarian chicken fingers more protein-rich, tastier, healthier, but also much more animal-friendly than the original variant. Serve with a tasty sauce, such as the vegan mayonnaise (click here for the recipe)

You also bake these chicken fingers instead of frying them. Would you rather fry? Then use extra virgin coconut oil. Much healthier and tastier than regular frying oil. Are you not a fan of coconut flavour? Then choose Cocoslove Premium Coconut oil, soft in taste, organic and budget-friendly.

Child-friendly Vegetarian Dish

Make this recipe a child-friendly vegetarian dish by adding sweet potato fries, for example. You can find how to make the tastiest and healthiest fries in the recipe Vegan steak with pepper cream sauce and fries.
