Vegetarian fondue with seitan

Ingredients for vegetarian fondue with seitan

Preparation of vegetarian fondue with seitan

  1. Cut the seitan into pieces of approximately 1 by 2 cm.
  2. Heat the coconut oil around 150 degrees.

Tip of Chantal:

If you want a vegetarian version of the traditional meat fondue, this is perfectly possible using pieces of seitan instead of meat.

Great with: baked potatoes, pickles, cocktail onions, a fresh salad, tasty dip sauces

“Vegan products that meat eaters love! Seitan is nr.1. It is wheat meat” “My Nr.1 substitute is seitan. Seitan is a fantastic substitute for beef or pork in recipes like sandwiches, casseroles, stir frys or woks. The possibilities are endless” jasonwrobel.com
