Preparation of vegetarian fondue with seitan
- Cut the seitan into pieces of approximately 1 by 2 cm.
- Heat the coconut oil around 150 degrees.
Tip of Chantal:
If you want a vegetarian version of the traditional meat fondue, this is perfectly possible using pieces of seitan instead of meat.
